I've been getting extremely lazy with exercising. And so I've lost weight yet again. Still watching what I eat, but I've snuck a few things here and there. Why am I such a failure?

Don't consider yourself a failure, it takes a lot of determination to work up to consistent exercise. Start small and start slow, if you aim high goals (I'm going to work out for 1 hr every day for the rest of my life!), you'll get discouraged if you miss one day.
Start by saying you'll work out for 15 minutes 3 times a week. Hold yourself to that. If you work out more than that, great, but if it's the end of the week and you haven't worked out, make yourself start right then.
As you grow more accustomed to the plan, you can up the time and intensity. Currently I do between 30 minutes and 1 hour a day (I aim for 1 hour).
