I dont get it! I've gone from doing nothing and eating crap, to cycling on average 20km a day and eating healthy yet my weight won't budge!!!
287.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 87.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.1 lb a week
