i'm sort of discouraged. i didn't loose this wk but i can see a difference in the way my clothes fit. i'm not quitting this challenge even tho i didn't loose 1 lb. so there!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you! Stick to your guns just like me!! Hehehhe. You can do this! You know you are doing the right things if your clothes start to fit better. Maybe you hav emuscle weight going on, then! You might try taking measurements as it might make you feel better on weeks like this. We all seem married to the scale (me included!) but inches lost (especially around the waist) is a VERY healthy thing!

Are you following Phase II of South Beach? Three years ago when I followed South Beach the first time around - the weight FELL off during Phase I and then came back on during Phase II. If you watch your portion size and continue with Phase II FOR AS LONG AS YOU HAVE TO - NO MATTER HOW LONG THAT IS - the weight should come off. HANG IN THERE!
