20.2% body fat wieghed in the morning. I was eating badly this week so no supprise on the gain in weight. this weekend doesn't look any better with BBQs and weddings to go to.
199.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
