I haven't been fallowing my regiment as well as I should be lately I guess I am in a bit of a slump lately but things are going to change I am furtunate to not have gained weight suring my 2 months of not keeping to it but not anymore I am moving to Alamogordo New Mexico about 4 hours south of where I am now in about a month and I want to loose as much as I can before then I am not working so I have all day to workout and finally get under 200 I'm gonna do it!!!!
224.0 lb Lost so far: 89.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
