first week on WW went pretty good. need to have more dicipline on friday nights with the girls, but still didn't go over my points for the week. hubby lost 7.5 lbs. this first week, so he now has to drop a point, he he. so far soooooo good.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
