Feeling more motivated because I just bought a dress and it already makes me look pretty amazing and now I need to look and feel even more so! Plus I ordered a size smaller than I am because all I need to do is lose 3 inches off my waist... so totally do-able since I have just under 18 months to do so. And if I lose more than that (and I'm sure I will), they can just take the dress in even more so.
I worked evenings this past week. It was pretty tiring but I also learned that I'd be pretty darn fit if I just worked evenings. I got myself into a pretty decent routine of waking up in the morning, having breakfast, going to the gym (which takes just over an hour), coming home, taking a shower and napping until the early afternoon. And then on evening shift, I'm running around a lot more so it's more calories burned :)
I'm feeling pretty good!
