Dropped a little bit I'll take it. Pain is so bad I can barely walk so lack of exercise. Trying to stay focused on the right foods and not get frustrated. So close to getting the hip replacement ... my pain will be better and I will be able to move better.
303.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
