Why not stay on it... Enjoy the holiday (one day) and then get on it again? Rather than 2 weeks off? The longer I'm off the longer I want to stay off. (Prior to my current way of eating). Unless you have a better handle on it than I did. For me that would cause me to stop all the way to 2020.

I'm trying to keep mine low budgeting for Thursday, it's harder when it's cold. All things being relative. It was 58 inside the house last night, so that's cold, right?

I'm not staying home for Thanksgiving. I'm headed out of state to visit my family in my hometown. I always eat more while driving and when I'm out of town. I need to work on it but for now I'm hoping for a manageable detour. We shall see.
