I'm approaching Thanksgiving from a good position. On the downside, exercise is totally disrupted and I bought wine to help make the turkey gravy, and drank some. Dang! Jury duty next week, so more disruptions.
124.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
