Lost .45 inches in my chest,.45 inches in my Biceps, .25 inches in my wrist, .25 inches in my hips, 1 inches in my thighs, .50 inches in my calves. I lost for 4 ounces in weight.
320.0 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 160.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
