A hot cup of chicken bouillon with herbs is a good way to calm the hunger between meals. V-8 tomato juice, hot green tea, other herbal teas also help. Breakfast is a must! Eating dinner earlier & not eating before bed is a challenge but I think it helps. If my new scales aren't lying I've lost 9# so far. Yayy! Hope I can keep it up!
