lost the extra weight put on over the long weekend - now the hard stuff starts! doing lots of home renos this week instead of exercise (except my 15 minutes per day of wii fit! I sure miss my wii fit!) , then off on 6 days of holidays in Vegas and California - two places where it will be very difficult to lose weight with all the yummy treats around!! gotta stick to only ONE cheat meal per day, and preferably early in the day. fruit for breakfast when possible. I hope my beachbody supplements arrive before we leave!
