Okay! That came off quickly. I expected that because of the way it went on ( parties, drinks vacation just in the last few months) now to stay motivated to keep making healthy choices throughout the Holidays without making myself crazy over every Bite. Got quite a way to go yet
159.2 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
