Had a lot of stress last night and at like 10 o'clock last night I was in the pantry eating chips and anything in sight. Really have to watch the stress eating. I know what triggers it now just have to learn to have will power and not turn to food.
178.4 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
