psssst. i’m 159.6! i hit my goal weight! Started this journey at 200-205lbs. So intrigued with how much more connected I feel to my body, I can see muscle tone and movement under the skin, instead of just fat. I feel more one body and mind, if that makes sense. I feel comfortable setting my new goal weight for 145 lbs.
Some updates:
I went from a size 14/16 in jeans to an 8.
My shirt size went from XL/XXL to medium/large (boobs did not shrink lol)
Lots of excess skin in my tummy region
What I thought I had naturally was an apple shape, has become more hourglass, I have more arch in my feet and my face has a noticeable difference in jaw line shape.

Diet followed reasonably well.
