Weight coming off slowly. But I am changing my work out soon. I did finally measure my belly. June 1 it was 56 inches. Today it is 50.5 inches. Lose of 5.5 inches on my gut.
288.0 lb Lost so far: 98.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
