All and all I think this was a very good week, even though I didn't do as well as I would have liked to on the mini challenges, I learned a lot. I am learning more and more all the time about discipline, which I need to plan on and get control of, I have lost control over the last few years. But I think all and all I learned, lost a bit, but, learned. This is not over yet, I just need to step up to bat. I also stated another challenge that says No More Quitting. I think that is my biggest problem, I am making some changes tomorrow, for the better, hopefully we will see some real weight loss now, between the two dies and the other challenges that I am doing, I also have my eye on a few more challenges that are still available to me.
