Well stepping on that scale and seeing 154 is huge for me. I havent seen that number for a long time now. Sure I still have a lot more to go but at the same time I can at least see some progress.

My five day jogging streak has come to an end and now tonight its yoga, then tomorrow rest day and coincidently friday. Saturday its back to my jogging routine.

Low carb diet and tracking seem to be working nicely with jogging. Burning off more fat because my carb sourses are depleted makes sense to me. I have more energy and not less anyways so I am pretty sure the carbs havent been all that good for me either.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week
