Did real good all day ...then fell apart. Emotions are taking its toll and I'm allowing them to derail me!! Ate so much crap last night - made me feel sick! When will I learn....it's just not worth it!!
174.2 lb Lost so far: 222.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I do emotional eating too. Eating although not hungry. Eating although i know i should not. Eating foods at quantities that i know i will get fat. Some times for days. Over the years i realized it will never vanish. Lots of us all around the globe.
