I'm gonna try again...the last couple of journal entries I've tried to type and enter have failed to post! FRUSTRATING! So I have made it back to the 170s. That makes for 35 pounds lost. I feel good about where I am. This time is different from 6 yrs ago. I'm better prepared and armed with eating habits that are much different from before. I have stopped doing the strict keto and am doing a reduced carb diet. It will get easier once the holidays are gone with their sweets and candies. Have had a good couple of days with NSV. Tried on clothes I haven't been able to wear in 6 yrs and they fit! Down to a size 12 from 18. I've gone from having totes full of clothes too small to having totes full of clothes too big! I'm not sure what to do with the big clothes. Last time I did away with most of the big clothes and then wound up having to buy new stuff. A lot of the big clothes are brand new. So I'm curious, what did you all do with your clothes that became too big? How long do you hold on to them? I'm excited as I will soon cross over into territory I haven't seen since high school. Trying on the smaller clothes, I was like "Dang, I have lost weight!" When it's coming off over months, it is hard to realize just what you have accomplished!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
