I was pleasantly surprised this morning. I track all of my food and try to stay at a certain amount of carbs. Carbs have always been my downfall. I love me some carbs but they don't love me lol

Yes they say carbs are the killer so hard to read labels in supermarkets(makes me feel embarrassed) always end eating high carbs food.

Nothing to be embarrassed about. You do you and don't worry about anybody else. Take your total carb amount minus the fiber and that's your net carb.

Bought something from Icelands on Thursday because I felt peckish when I entered it to my food diary discovered the amount of carbs and calories, food dairy told me I had consumed 450 grams of carbs that day😥
