I'm chalking up the weight gain to muscle & water. I cranked up the exercises two days ago. Trying to bring the carbs back down... we'll see how I do. Have a Healthy Day 🙋‍♀️
198.6 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
