A little weight loss! Better than gaining.....I want to get to that 200 mark!!!!! Of course my end goal is less than that. I wish I could post a before and NOW picture, but haven't figured out how to upload photos from my phone to this program. Someone helped me to upload pictures of my food but that was from a picture taken right then with my camera. How do you upload old saved pictures so everyone can see????!!!!
218.8 lb Lost so far: 46.2 lb.    Still to go: 68.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If using the phone app - when you click the camera at the top of the screen, select a meal to which you want the photo posted. Then click the image of the 'film' on the left of the bottom screen. The app may ask for access to your photo album. You'll have to grant access to select & post.

Wow Jo, I never consider a 1.8 pound loss "a little." Looks to me like you're doing great. Hope you get beyond that 200 mark into ONEderland soon! 🌈🌈🌈
