Went out of town this past weekend and that's always hard for me to stay on track. I did the best I could but only mananged to get one workout in. I maintained tihs week which is better than gaining so I can live with that.
225.3 lb Lost so far: 12.7 lb.    Still to go: 25.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
