Sorry I haven't been around lately folks... life just got really busy really fast... and plus I'm kind of attached to E-mailing with my best iFriend lately... I've still be excerising and calorie counting... although I slacked off quite a bit this week... I'm holding strong at 153 although plan to lose that pound by tomorrow morning... I hope everyone else's diets and work outs are going well... you guys are in my thoughts... keep up the great effort...
