In the web page interface, if you go to view complete history (weight), I like the color coding. It is easy to see when you are getting out of your goal weight area by too much. When my current weight is in the yellow, I am doubling down on my tracking efforts (and associated good eating choices). I usually can get back into the green within a day or two. Now, my goal should really to be in the Blue, and when getting into the green, work back to the blue in a day or two. I was there last year, but the summer BBQ's and pot luck's took its toll (and with Thanksgiving coming up, I need to start at my goal weight for the Holidays).
Just rambling a bit.
