No change from yesterday. Good day though. I ate a little more but ran 5.8 miles so it was alright. The run felt great because I was able to just run without worry. I was going to just do 3 but felt so good at the turn around point that I just kept going. It was so much fun to run that distance.
245.8 lb Lost so far: 49.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
