Well, I worked out twice yesterday which is highly unusual, and this morning the scale was UP 2 LBs! That really ticks me off, but I know it could be water weight, ect...so i will try not to let it bother me too much. Today starts week 2 of Phase 1. So, hopefully I will have a good loss to post next week. Fingers crossed!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Don't worry about the scale in cases like that, you are definitely healthier and stronger. Great job on the work outs!

I'm sure that it's not a true gain,... maybe the muscles are a bit swollen from the double duty work out. Drink lots of water and think positively, I'm sure it'll reflect in a day or so! :)
