Had a lovely brunch today. Chapati, eggs, and pico de gallo.
Planning to make a batch of pico again this week. One large spoonful is a good topping to so many things, adding flavor and no fat. As long as I keep it to a spoonful or two I am well within my potassium limit.
Tummy giving me slight probs this afternoon. Trying to do stretches twice a day and didn't feel up to it earlier. Hope it passes.
Looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in.

Diana1096, the stretches are from PT to be done 2x a day.
*Single Knee to Chest (with a belt for resistance) 10x, hold 6 seconds, 2 sets
*Bridging (lift core and hold in glutes) 10x, hold 1 second, 3 sets
*Supine Clamshell (with a band for resistance) 10x, hold 3 seconds, 3 sets
Supposed to help hip and strengthen my leg muscles in that area (atrophy).

Those sound wonderful. I was looking for some hip exercises. My life side had been bothering me for days and it's too cold to go swimming.
