as of today,monday February 18, 2013, i am not that healthy of an eater. I rarely excercise and when i do its practicing dances at cheer practice. i eat alot of junk food but lent just started and i gave up fastfood and soda so that's a plus. ive been determined to exercise more and eat healthier but it has been a slow process. As much as i can, i try to get my mom to buy healthier snacks when she goes shopping. Im starting to eat a on a shedule such as breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, and a small dessert and in the past that and some exercise has helped me lose weight. My goal isnt to weigh a certain amount; its to be a certain size. Right now and for the past 2 years or so ive been a size 9 in jeans. Id like to be healthy, fit and a size 5 or 7 jeans. With proper eating habits and daily exercise i hope to achieve my goal.
