Not as much of a loss as I would have thought. My calories have been strict but I have added a lot more protien (52g a day) and I upped my weights on the lifting end of things. Hopefully this is just a result of that.

237.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
