Started The Plan, at least drinking 65 ounces of water per day
133.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.2 lb a week

Giving up the diet sodas and going to the water had been the hardest part for me. I really have to put an effort in.
