Well I kinda fell off towards the end of this week. Friday was my 11th anniversary and I think I did very well considering we ate out twice. I had a low carb entree from Cracker Barrel and then a grilled chicken salad from Logan's for lunch. I did good through Friday but yesterday & today have been down. I did not drink my water quota Friday nor Saturday but I will try to get it down today. I also ate crap because of my nephews football game and not having any other options. It was eat a hot dog or wait two hours, so I ate the hot dog.

I did not complete my stairs reps yesterday but I plan on punishing myself today to get both reps in. Hopefully I'll feel like it by the end of the day. T.O.M. is upon me and bearing down, so we'll see. I think that explains the weight gain also.

That's okay, girl! It's only one lb.! I know exactly what you went thru this weekend with celebrating our anniversary! You have to treat yourself every now & then! Even if it is for your own sanity! ;) I am thinkin' of you both this week! God bless ya, girl! ;)
