Another notch. Double workouts got me past the indulgence of yesterday, although I still have rice and beans left. Those will be for lunch today. Three meals from one. Not bad.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
