1/2 pound loss, wish it was more. But, my fault ate poorly.
152.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.5 lb a week

Keep ignoring the numbers, it's still a loss and they ALL add up cumulatively over the weeks! Remember slow and steady win's the race... so you just keep up the great work, as a few more lbs and you'll be down in the 140's!! ;o)
