Diet and exercise are cumulative, which means you don't always see the results right away. What you do this week, may not show up till next week. That's why it's important to be consistent. Our individual bodies lose at their own rates and many outside things can factor in to our losing (not just food and exercise). So just stay on plan and be in it for the long haul and you will be fine.

Thanks, Suzi! I'm just a little frustrated because I had been doing pretty well and then had a couple days of small gains. But today I knew I was on the right track when I saw the scale and didn't throw my hands in the air and decide to give up, but instead recommitted myself to staying focused and getting it done!
