Woo Hoo! I've lost 8 pounds in two weeks! I almost cried when I weighed myself, because I haven't been under 232 in over a year! I'm so thankful for this site.

I'm SURE I won't keep losing at this rate, but I'm thrilled with this loss. It makes me more determined than ever to stick with this plan.
