I'm just getting started with this app and am pleased with the tools available. I needed a way to keep track of what I am eating and knowing the nutritional value of the calories. I am already putting more thought into my diet. I have also seen that before tracking my meals I was not eating enough calories very frequently. I have always wondered why and how I have been overweight most of my life even though I usually eat less than those I am with. Metabolism is a strange thing.
I'm hopeful this app will help my make the changes to lose the pounds and keep them off. 🤞🤞
302.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
