I lost another half a pound! So I CAN eat potato chips! YAAAY! Mind you, they were unsalted and homemade potato chips. I can test the commercial ones at a later date. I'm delighted that this food is friendly for me, because then I know baked potatoes will be the same.
237.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.7 lb a week
