I have been recording everything I am eating here lately and getting all my exercise in, but i have been adding some sweets back in so I wound up gaining a pound this last week. I still managed to stary gluten free, so technically I met my own goals as well, but still kind of cheated with the chocolate. I had a bad few days and decided king sized candy bars were a good breakfast.
