I wouldn't say I followed extremely poorly. I was just lacking the motivation I need- found it!

I know its one lb but lets be honest- its 3. I was 147 just rounded down.

144.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
