Ok, since my last weigh in I just couldn’t do one more day of keto.... I needed a break. I didn’t go for fast food or deserts but I did go back to pasta, pizza and not worrying about carbs. I kept up with exercise and probably increased my walking a bit. Not sure how but I weighed in this morning and was 193.8 so absolutely no weight gain. Starting back on my keto plan tomorrow morning and still plan to get to 180.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Good luck on your keto plan. I guess I am lucky.. I really like the keto "offereings" not sure I could do it if I did not.
