2253 kcal Fat: 71.74g | Prot: 157.64g | Carb: 264.14g.   Breakfast: 100% multigrain 45 calories sara lee, nutrition energy mix planters, lucerne hazelnut sugar free coffee creamer, eggs, Frozen Blueberries, Old-Fashioned Oats, Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk, berry blast naked juice. Lunch: italian four cheese blend lucerne, ground beef 93% lean,  broccoli florets frozen, la mexicana mild salsa. Dinner: salsa fresca signature cafe, 93% lean ground beef, whole grain penne eating right, balsamic and basil vinaigrette light wish bone, romaine lettuce. Snacks/Other: swiss miss sensible sweets dies hot cocoa, vanilla no sugar added light ice cream, orville redenbacher's gourmet popping corn, coconut cashew quest bar, frozen whole strawberries, red velvet poptart, dymatize protein. more...
