When I last weighed in I thought that the weight was wrong. I moved my scale back to where I had it before and what a difference it made. I'm back to my original weight.

I have started to make some changes so hopefully my next weigh in will be better. One of those changes is severely limiting my soda intake. I've found that I don't mind the water from my apartment but don't like it when I buy it or from work. I saved one of my soda 2 litre bottles and filled it up with my tap water. I'm hoping to remember to take it with me when I go back to work so that I can drink it instead of soda. I will allow myself up to 24 oz a day at first though. I wonder if I can remember to get coke zero or equivalent. We'll see. It's an ongoing struggle.

You could also buy those little flavor packets to add to your water. Very few calories and makes it easier if you aren't normally a water drinker. I actually double the amount of water they recommend for each flavor packet. It spreads it even farther and you don't get an aftertaste from the aspartame that's in it. Good Luck!
