Wow, that is a significant weight gain in a day! Maybe I shouldn't be weighing myself so frequently. Although it does help sometimes for me to monitor my food and weight so I can see what makes me bloated. :(
253.4 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 53.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 11.2 lb a week
