164.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1083 kcal Fat: 32.78g | Prot: 93.44g | Carb: 108.72g.   Breakfast: water, Water, Spinach (Drained Solids, Canned), Cooked Egg White, orange, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream (Half & Half). Lunch: water, broccoli, sweet potatoes, Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), almonds, water. Dinner: cucumber, Tomatoes, Mixed Salad Greens, Bun, Turkey Burger. Snacks/Other: string cheese, Greek 100 Yogurt - Vanilla (Yoplait). more...

Super Bowl weekend got me by a little bit. Now Bday weekend coming up followed by Valentines Day.... Its gonna be a challenge but just remember to get back on track immediately after the celebrating and drink lots of water!
