I'm down a pound! I don't know how but I'll take it. I hurt so bad from my Fibromyalgia I don't feel like doing anything but I have to the house is dirty and I start walking with a Buddie tonight. No time for pain to hold me back.

Well like I said before I'm down a pound unexpectedly so I'm happy I'm also eating "real" food this week instead of Slim Fast cause I'm low on money till I get paid Friday. Diet food is expensive!
As long as I watch portions & points like I should it shouldn't hurt me much.

Saturday after next my best friends (of 30 years) are having a girl's night in. And there will be drinking and spurlge eating. Can anyone give me suggestions on what alcohol that is lowest on points or is there such a thing?
193.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I believe rubbing alcohol is the lowest but who wants to drink that. Make sure your mixer is low and you will do fine. Have fun!
