I've been following strict Keto of 20 grams or less of carbs and now practicing 16:8 intermittent fasting and I feel great! I eat to satiety every day and am shedding fat and building muscle.
128.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.2 lb a week
