1857 kcal Fat: 60.50g | Prot: 148.03g | Carb: 216.07g.   Breakfast: 100% multigrain 45 calories sara lee, fiberwise, flaxseed, banana, lucerne hazelnut sugar free coffee creamer, eggs, silk almond milk unsweetned, Frozen Blueberries, Old-Fashioned Oats. Lunch: ground beef 93% lean, gala apple, greek non fat yogurt, fresh express iceberg garden, balsamic and basil viniagrette. Dinner: steamfresh broccoli, strip steak. Snacks/Other: vanilla no sugar added light ice cream, orville redenbacher's gourmet popping corn, dymatize protein, frozen blackberries safeway, coconut cashew quest bar. more...
